Our Vision
Our vision is to vastly increase the number of black and African-American minority youth worldwide who succeeded in the IT fields, by providing access to the people and educational tools that lead to career building.
Our Mission
Minor-IT is a Los Angeles-based non-profit, that enables African-American and black minority youth to pursue IT careers through educational experience, safe peer-to-peer learning, and networking. We also include guidance as well as mentoring to achieve unlimited career success. We sponsor, counsel, and network with children and teens to help facilitate change in an underrepresented industry.
